Nestled beneath the surface, Mode Studio is a sanctuary of wellness and tranquillity - seamlessly blending exercise with escape. Designed as an immersive retreat from the demands of everyday life, this subterranean space fuses raw, natural textures with refined craftsmanship.

In collaboration with Wonder Group, we delivered the full decorating package - including GIB installation, stopping, painting, and specialist finishes - to help bring this unique space to life. Preserving the raw charm of the original concrete structure, we elevated it with thoughtful detailing that enhances both functionality and aesthetics.

Our specialist scope included the application of Rockcote Otsumigaki, adding depth and a refined, organic texture to the interiors. In the saunas, bathrooms, and showers, we applied Micro Stone microcement, offering durability alongside a seamless, spa-like elegance. Complementing these tactile surfaces, rich tobacco-oak timber brings warmth and sophistication, creating an environment that invites relaxation and rejuvenation.

The result is a serene, immersive wellness retreat that respects the essence of the original structure while elevating it through contemporary craftsmanship and bespoke finishes.
